Where are your group fitness boot camps held?
Our classes are held in our newly expanded and renovated fitness studio located at 820 East Gate Drive, Mount Laurel NJ. Our new location features a 2,500 square foot gym with state of the art equipment. Please visit the Location page or call for directions.
What type of equipment do I need to bring?
No equipment is needed! All equipment is provided for you. Just bring a towel and a bottle of water.
How long is each session and how often do we meet?
Each camp session is 1 hour in length. Workouts are nightly Monday-Thursday at 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
Do I need to be in good physical condition to join your group fitness boot camps?
Absolutely not. It is our job to take you from your current level of physical fitness and safely bring you to a level of increased strength, endurance, and flexibility.
I have a friend of family member that is at a different level of physical fitness than I am, can they still join my class?
Yes, they can join the same class. We recognize that everyone has a different level of physical fitness and therefore create an environment in our classes that allows for these varying levels of fitness.
What type of equipment will we use in class?
We use a variety of fitness equipment including TRX suspension system and Rip trainer, kettle bells, battle ropes, plyo boxes, power cage, super bands, and a wide variety of free weights and medicine balls. Each boot camp session offers a totally unique fully body workout so you will use different equipment each time.
